BOK Financial Reports Record Quarterly Earnings of $64 Million

TULSA, Okla.----BOK Financial Corporation reported net income for the second quarter of 2010 of $63.5 million or $0.93 per diluted share, up from $60.1 million or $0.88 per diluted share in the first quarter of 2010 and $52.1 million or $0.77 per diluted share for the second quarter of 2009.

LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- Wintrust Financial Corporation announced net income of $13.0 million or $0.25 per diluted common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, an increase of $0.19, or 317%, compared to the $6.5 million, or $0.06 per diluted common share, recorded in the second quarter of 2009.
